Used guest glasses
Put them in the marked tray next to the service lift. Kitchen collects them at 11:00.
Used minibar bottle handling
Collect empties on the trolley, write them on the room sheet and hand it to reception — do not restock yourself.
Lost property procedure
Label the item with room number and date and take it to reception. Never leave it in the room.
End-of-room quality check
Look from the doorway: curtain, lights, smell, remote control, towel folds. Then report the room as ready.
